The Career Coaching Program is designed to transform lives by helping individuals explore and pursue high-demand, high-paying career pathways across Mississippi. Whether you're a high school student planning your future or an adult seeking new opportunities, our Career Coaches are here to guide you.

For High School Students:
Our Career Coaches are embedded in high schools across the state, providing one-on-one guidance to help students discover their strengths, identify career goals, and connect with education and training pathways. These coaches bring real-world insight into Mississippi’s most in-demand industries and connect students to opportunities available through community colleges, universities, and workforce programs. Currently, we have coaches deployed in 46 high schools across 17 counties.

For Adults:
Located in WIN Job Centers and available online, Adult Career Coaches serve as a trusted resource for job seekers and career changers. They assist with career exploration, skills assessments, training referrals, résumé support, and connections to local employers. Whether you're reentering the workforce, upskilling, or starting fresh, our coaches provide tailored support to help you succeed.
