The CMPDD internship program has been an invaluable experience to not only the students, but also our team. We have been given the opportunity to develop and coach our interns in the context of real workplace experiences. This program has provided us an opportunity to recruit, train, and develop future potential employees, as well. Thanks to this program, our managers have also learned what it takes to mentor and develop the next generation that is stepping into the workforce. We are thankful for the opportunity to work with both CMPDD and the students.
